You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. Our weight loss treatments are available only to individuals who meet the relevant clinical criteria, which are assessed during our consultation process.

If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once the review has been completed.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier or circumstances outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order, or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
If your medication is not received within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
